Refund and Purchase Policy

This Refund and Purchase Policy applies to purchases of Services made through SynAgentics Pty Ltd ("SynAgentics", "We", "Us", "Our").

1. Service Engagements and Retainers — Ongoing service engagements and retainers are billed in accordance with the applicable Service Agreement or Statement of Work. Cancellation terms are set out in that agreement.

2. Project-Based Fees — Fees for project-based engagements are payable in accordance with the milestones set out in the applicable Statement of Work. Fees for work already performed are non-refundable.

3. Platform Subscriptions — Subscriptions to SynAgentics platform products, including Meta Space OS, are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future billing; fees already charged for the current billing period are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Digital Products, Courses, and Memberships — Digital products, courses, and memberships are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, given the nature of digital delivery, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Discretionary Refunds — We may, at Our sole discretion, offer a refund or credit outside of the above where We consider it fair to do so. A discretionary refund in one case does not create an obligation to offer the same in another.

6. Australian Consumer Law — Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights in relation to services not provided with due care and skill.
