About the Mlinzi Foundation
Mlinzi means protector in Swahili. The Foundation funds programs for at-risk children in several African countries, with a particular focus on girls and women facing poverty, hunger and limited access to schooling.
Those of us who have been given privilege and opportunity carry a responsibility to create opportunity for others. That is the belief behind this page.
