OUR STORY
The best platforms start as a fix for the builder's own operating problem. SynAgentics began inside V1 Scale, a Venture Builder that creates and scales startups, as a way to stop our AI work starting from zero every day. It became the operating model we now use to build every company we start.
THE PROBLEM
V1 Scale is a Venture Builder. We create startups and help them scale. In early 2026 we were building several ventures at once, with a frontier AI model working beside us on strategy, capital, brand and build.
The work was good. The memory was not. Each session began blank. Our prompts lived in scattered files, decisions made on Tuesday were gone by Thursday, and every new venture meant explaining the whole business again.
We did not have an AI problem. We had an operating problem.
THE FIX
In May 2026 we wrote our first Role Charter. It gave one Agentic Citizen a name, a remit, an authority level, a standard to work to and a memory that carried forward. Her name is VERA, and she became our Agentic Chief Executive Officer.
Every Agentic Citizen works to a Role Charter: what it owns, what it decides, what it escalates and what it never does.
Decisions, briefs and standards carry from one session to the next, so the business knows more with every week of work.
Agentic Citizens research, draft and check. A person approves what ships.
One role became eleven. The A-Suite now covers strategy, architecture, compliance, finance, method, brand and growth.
WE USE IT EVERY DAY
The A-Suite planned the pages, drafted the copy, checked the claims and built most of this site, with Peter Terrill, our Chief Visioneer and Founder, approving what went live. The briefs, standards and decisions behind it now sit in institutional memory, ready for the next build.
That is the point. SynAgentics is not a theory we sell. It is how we already work.
A MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER

Peter Terrill
CHIEF VISIONEER AND FOUNDER
For the past four years I have building digital first companies, many of them for clients and have learnt a lot about technology. The same frustrations came back every time, duct taped tech stacks, knowledge walking out the door with people. Growth meant more headcount and more management. Every new build started from scratch, and I spent my days holding everything together.
SynAgentics became the answer to all of it. I did not set out to build an AI platform. I set out to fix how companies worked in today's world, and creating my Agentic team became the way to do it.
The turning point came while I was explaining about my A-Suite (Agentic team) to a client who runs a video and digital production studio. He said he wanted an A-Suite too, so I showed him how. What happened in his studio convinced me more than anything I had built for myself. Then he shared his story, and the people he told asked for the same.
That was when I realised my problems were not unique. Nearly every founder and business owner I spoke with were facing the same ones, especially AI overwhelm. So we are opening what we built for ourselves to everyone who wants to build this way.
Humans plus Agentics equals infinite possibilities. I live that with VERA and the A-Suite every day, and I would love to show you what it can do for your business.
IN GOOD COMPANY
Some of the most used tools in business began exactly the way SynAgentics did.
Stewart Butterfield's team at Tiny Speck built an internal chat tool while making an online game called Glitch. When the game closed in 2012, the tool became Slack.
Tobias Lütke wanted to sell snowboards online in 2004 and found nothing good enough, so he built his own store software. It launched to other merchants as Shopify in 2006.
Amazon built shared internal services so its teams could stop rebuilding the same infrastructure for every project. In 2006 it opened those services to everyone as AWS.
Web design firm 37signals built a simple tool to manage its own client projects. It launched as Basecamp in 2004 and soon outgrew the consulting work it was made for.
Family tree site Geni built a private network so its own staff could share updates. It spun out as Yammer in 2008 and was acquired by Microsoft in 2012.
V1 Scale needed its AI work to remember, follow standards and work as a team. It built Agentic Citizens to do that, and in 2026 opened the method to other companies.
THE VISION
We are building SynAgentics as the platform V1 Scale will use to build best-of-kind companies for Evolution 5. Every company starts with its Agentic team in place before the first hire, its knowledge held in its own memory, and its people free to do the work only people can do.
Agentic Citizens are defined and working before a human role is filled, so new people join a team that already knows the business.
Institutional memory belongs to the company. It stays when people move on and grows with every decision.
Meta Space brings people, Agentic Citizens and every workflow into one workspace. Status: In build.
We prove each part on our own ventures before we offer it, starting with 100 Foundation Clients who want to build the same way.
Our standard is simple. Be honest about where we are and clear about where we are going. Anything on this site marked In build or Designed is exactly that.
We are opening the platform to 100 Foundation Clients. They lock in a founding rate for life and help shape what we build next.

SynAgentics mOS is the Meta Operating System for SynAgentic organisations, where every human role is paired with an Agentic Citizen built to hold it, from idea to $10M+ in revenues and beyond.
Humans + Agentic = Infinite Possibilities.
